In 2012, on the initiative of the “Georgian Mesotherapy Association” and with the consent of Dr. Philippe Petit, mesotherapy study courses were created on the basis of the “Marjani” clinic, which issues a Georgian-French certificate.

The mesotherapy study course is intended for doctors with higher medical education (dermatologist, dermatocosmetologist, dentist, rheumatologist and others) and includes theoretical and practical lectures – seminars. “Marjani” clinic provides necessary mesopreparations and consumables for mastering practical skills (mesotherapy techniques).

The course is conducted individually and includes theoretical and practical training;

Only persons with medical education – practicing doctors will be admitted to the courses;

The course is led by the center’s chief physician, prof. Nata Kiladze;

The theoretical and practical part of the training process is led by the doctors of Marjani Clinic;

Practical training takes place at the base of the “Marjani” clinic;

Course fee – equivalent to 500 euros in GEL;

The duration of the course depends on the schedule chosen by the student (one month on average);

At the end of the course, a Georgian-French certificate “Mesotherapy study course” is issued with the signature of Doctor Ph. PETIT.

The theoretical part of the mesotherapy training course involves the study of the essence of mesotherapy, its scope of application and basic principles.

  2. Skin anatomy and physiology, role of intercellular matrix, skin innervation and blood supply
  3. Peculiarities of biochemical processes in the skin (exchange of carbohydrates, lipids, proteins, etc. in the skin). Metabolism changes during various aesthetic problems
  4. Proteins collagen and elastin glycosaminoglycans
  5. Skin aging: chrono- and photoaging, similarities and differences
  6. Antiaging in mesotherapy
  7. Aesthetic and healing mesotherapy. Theory of mechanisms of action
  8. Possible side effects and complications during mesotherapy and biorevitalization procedures. Security issues of conducting procedures
  9. Patient preparation, patient medical card, patient consent, post-procedure recommendations
  10. Pharmacology and classification of mesopreparations
  11. Mesopreparations for the face and body, rules for making cocktails, principles for making an individual mesotherapy course
  12. Procedure protocol and preparation for the procedure
  13. Concept of mesotherapy zones and areas: “face oval – throat – décolleté”, “hairy part of the head”, “stomach-waist”, “thighs-buttocks”
  14. Manual techniques used in mesotherapy. Superficial, medium and deep napage, papular technique. Superficial, medium and deep papules. Peculiarities of choice
  15. Combining different techniques of drug administration. Schemes of work on the face and body. Determining the quantity and depth of the mesopreparation
  16. Mesotherapy of facial aesthetic problems. Procedure protocol. Peculiarities of carrying out the procedure on different zones
