In 2012, on the initiative of the “Georgian Mesotherapy Association” and with the consent of Dr. Philippe Petit, mesotherapy study courses were created on the basis of the “Marjani” clinic, which issues a Georgian-French certificate.<\/p>\n

The mesotherapy study course is intended for doctors with higher medical education (dermatologist, dermatocosmetologist, dentist, rheumatologist and others) and includes theoretical and practical lectures – seminars. “Marjani” clinic provides necessary mesopreparations and consumables for mastering practical skills (mesotherapy techniques).<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

The course is conducted individually and includes theoretical and practical training;<\/p>\n

Only persons with medical education – practicing doctors will be admitted to the courses;<\/p>\n

The course is led by the center’s chief physician, prof. Nata Kiladze;<\/p>\n

The theoretical and practical part of the training process is led by the doctors of Marjani Clinic;<\/p>\n

Practical training takes place at the base of the “Marjani” clinic;<\/p>\n

Course fee \u2013 equivalent to 500 euros in GEL;<\/p>\n

The duration of the course depends on the schedule chosen by the student (one month on average);<\/p>\n

At the end of the course, a Georgian-French certificate “Mesotherapy study course” is issued with the signature of Doctor Ph. PETIT.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

The theoretical part of the mesotherapy training course involves the study of the essence of mesotherapy, its scope of application and basic principles.<\/p>\n

  2. Skin anatomy and physiology, role of intercellular matrix, skin innervation and blood supply<\/li>\n
  3. Peculiarities of biochemical processes in the skin (exchange of carbohydrates, lipids, proteins, etc. in the skin). Metabolism changes during various aesthetic problems<\/li>\n
  4. Proteins collagen and elastin glycosaminoglycans<\/li>\n
  5. Skin aging: chrono- and photoaging, similarities and differences<\/li>\n
  6. Antiaging in mesotherapy<\/li>\n
  7. Aesthetic and healing mesotherapy. Theory of mechanisms of action<\/li>\n
  8. Possible side effects and complications during mesotherapy and biorevitalization procedures. Security issues of conducting procedures<\/li>\n
  9. Patient preparation, patient medical card, patient consent, post-procedure recommendations<\/li>\n
  10. Pharmacology and classification of mesopreparations<\/li>\n
  11. Mesopreparations for the face and body, rules for making cocktails, principles for making an individual mesotherapy course<\/li>\n
  12. Procedure protocol and preparation for the procedure<\/li>\n
  13. Concept of mesotherapy zones and areas: “face oval – throat – d\u00e9collet\u00e9”, “hairy part of the head”, “stomach-waist”, “thighs-buttocks”<\/li>\n
  14. Manual techniques used in mesotherapy. Superficial, medium and deep napage, papular technique. Superficial, medium and deep papules. Peculiarities of choice<\/li>\n
  15. Combining different techniques of drug administration. Schemes of work on the face and body. Determining the quantity and depth of the mesopreparation<\/li>\n
  16. Mesotherapy of facial aesthetic problems. Procedure protocol. Peculiarities of carrying out the procedure on different zones<\/li>\n
  17. Biorevitalization \u2013 definition, indications and contraindications. Hyaluronic acid – aging, biological functions, metabolism<\/li>\n
  18. Techniques of biorevitalization and peculiarities of the procedure. Classification of biorevitalization drugs according to composition and duration of action<\/li>\n
  19. Drawing up a biorevitalization scheme according to the patient’s age. Combining biorevitalization and other cosmetological procedures – principles of combining different methods<\/li>\n
  20. Mesotherapy of scars and stretch marks<\/li>\n
  21. Mesotherapy treatment in trichology. Alopecia – clinical classification. Alopecia treatment methods. A review of modern mono mesopreparations and cocktails<\/li>\n
