It is a &#8220;here and now&#8221; reaction to danger, which cognitively develops into future, illusory fantasies \u2013 &#8220;it&#8217;s not happening but it seems like it is&#8221;, &#8220;what if&#8221;, &#8220;oh no&#8221;&#8230;, or not recognizing the real moment due to past experiences.<\/p>\n<p>Please note that anxiety affects a person&#8217;s behavior and changes their quality of life.
